Common Installation Issues and Solutions

If you see "Unknown sources not enabled" during Android installation, your phone is blocking apps from outside Google Play Store. Go to Settings → Security and toggle Unknown Sources on, then retry the APK installation. If the APK file downloads but does not open, try using a different file manager app or restarting your phone. If you cannot find the Downloads app, swipe down from the top of your screen and tap Downloads or open the app drawer and search for Downloads. If to12 crashes after installation, clear the app cache by going to Settings → Apps → to12 → Storage → Clear Cache, then restart the app. If you are on iOS and Safari does not save the bookmark to your home screen, try this: tap the share button in Safari, scroll down, and select "Add to Home Screen." On any device, if to12 loads very slowly, check your internet connection—open a web browser and visit another site to confirm connectivity. If only to12 is slow, restart your phone and try again. Permissions, Data Usage, and Account Security on Mobile

When you install the Android app, to12 requests several permissions.
